PROGRAM
Each class is centered around fitness kickboxing, but also includes a variety of training styles and exercises, including: core strength; High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); circuit training; weight resistance, and cardio conditioning exercises.*
Most exercises can be modified based on your fitness level.**

​FITNESS KICKBOXING
In each class, you'll gain cardio and muscle strength with a kickboxing-inspired workout. You'll learn punching and kicking combinations using a heavy bag. You'll also get to do partner work using focus mitts and pads. In this fun, stress-relieving workout, you'll get all the benefits of kickboxing, without the physical contact of competitive training!

​CORE STRENGTH
Although you’ll work your core throughout class, we go a step further and end almost every class with exercises that specifically target your abdominals and other core muscles.

​HIIT
Short periods of intense aerobic activity, followed by less-intense activity, or rest periods. This type of training improves your cardio strength and endurance, especially when mixed with kickboxing!

​CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training involves rotating through a variety of exercises to help build muscle and cardio strength. Stations often include a mix of weight resistance, cardio exercises, and kickboxing.
